It's a hell of a feeling

The other night I was sitting in my roomies room, cuz it helps him focus on his homework to have somebody else in the room for some reason  
Although it's hella boring cuz he's doing homework so I shouldn't disturb him by talking with him =w= 
So I scrolled through facebook and came by one of those there cool videos of a spray paint artist painting space 'n' stuff, and this one included a fire planet which looked super cool, and I decided I wanted to try to draw some sort of fire stuff too
I told myself it wouldn't be something I intended to upload so which gave me more courage to try to experiment with a background
Aaaaand, I ended up liking it so much that I decided to draw Desdemona on there and upload it anyways
I also gave myself the challenge that I would work without any actual line-work and would use my smudge as little as possible

I find it a little fun that the lava was the basis for this entire drawing, but now it's the thing I like the least about it <w<  



Also, woooop, first drawing of my darling Desdemona
She's part of Sheija's 9 Fanatics, and probably one of the most devoted (at least counting those of them that aren't directly related to her )
She might also be the youngest of them, although I'm not sure yet (I mean I used to think Ania was the youngest, but turns out that Ania's almost 1600 years older that Desdemona owo;;; )
She's half-demon / half-elf, cuz Sheija one day decided it would be fun to see what happened if a demon and an elf had a child <w<
Fun fact: Her 'ancestor' on the 9 was the cross-breed of a dragon and a succubus, and was created for the exact same reason; Sheija thought it would the funny~
Although her ancestor, Esnea, ultimately had to go cuz she grew way to sure of herself whereas poor bby Desdemona is pretty much the complete opposite and is suuuuper insecure for herself ;w;
